My philosophy

A safe space for your body.

Seeing the person behind the symptoms

I take the time to truly understand people and their symptoms. Every body is different, every life story is different – and treatment should be just as individual.

It’s important to me to create a safe space where people feel seen, understood and in good hands. In my work, I treat everyone with openness, appreciation and respect. I’m sensitive to different life experiences and social discrimination, and I want to create a practice where everyone feels welcome.

A particular focus of my work is gynaecological osteopathy and pelvic health. Most of the people who come to see me with these issues are women. At the same time, I naturally also treat trans, non-binary and queer people. Not every person with a uterus is a woman – and not every woman has a uterus. It is important to me that every person, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, feels safe, respected and taken seriously.

Osteopathy & me

I had my first osteopathic treatment when I was still a teenager. At the time, I suffered from frequent back pain and was surprised at how quickly my symptoms were relieved. This experience had a lasting impact on me and sparked my interest in osteopathy.

A few years later, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. This experience changed my perspective on chronic pain. I know how distressing it can be when symptoms dominate your daily life or are not taken seriously for a long time. That is why it is particularly important to me today to listen attentively to people with chronic pain and to support them with professional expertise and empathy.

For me, osteopathy means not reducing a person to individual symptoms. It gives me the opportunity to recognise connections, to understand the body in all its complexity, and to take the time required for an individualised treatment. In my work, I combine in-depth knowledge with precise manual techniques and a relationship built on trust.
